I apologize for not having a site to refer all of you to...but I read this ap article this morning.
The meat of the subject was that there were groups suing gun manufacterers for the fact that some of their products fell into the hands of gang members, which were used ni various crimes.
The courts in Ill. found in favor of the gun makers, thank goodness. This is a big blow to those opposed to assault weapons or any sort of firearm for that matter.
