Silly Brits. Have they already forgotten that during WWII their stupid gun laws forced them to seek the help of civilian gun owners here in the united States to help protect their island from invasion? U.S. citizens sent thousands of privately owned rifles, shotguns and pistols to England to make up for their poor politics. A lot of those idiots in the Brit video have the same problem as idiots here in the U.S. They think guns are toys to collect and play with or use for sport. Our 2nd Amendment isn't about any of those things. It's about keeping our government in line. As soon as they cross the line you're supposed to use your guns to reign them in. Like that's really going to happen, huh? The South suffered under this problem during Reconstruction. Under the military occupation there was a virtual total gun confiscation and stiff penalties for possession and use of a firearm. Our women were too scared to leave their homes for fear of the armed and drunken "Freemen". It was only through the efforts of such groups as the KKK, Knights of the White Camelia, The Pale Faces, the Red Shirts and others that military rule was ended, Redemption Governments were installed and Southerners regained some semblance of their "rights". All of this was due to the fact that Southern men in the above organizations used their firearms as they were intended against the proper targets. It's a fact that between 1865 and 1876 when home rule was generally regained in the South that over 3000 Yankee and Scalawag trouble makers met their timely end. Included in that number were over 60 state senators, judges, legislators, sheriffs, constables, mayors, county commissioners and other office holders who had been "lawfully" elected by enemies of the South. So, Britain, take a hint from Southern history. Oh, and a whole lot of Southerners should take a hint from their own history as well. Cornfedreb
