Rally Point - 1000hrs. Fri.26, 04
Most were all on time for the rally point.
One's who were going to be late (due to the long distance),
called once they reached the rally point.
Gave the rest of the directions to the AO.
Pro's -
1. Good commo with everyone
2. Good directions to the rally point
3. Provided rides for the one's who didn't have trucks or 4x4's
Con's -
1. Having one of the members at the rally point before the new one's arrive
2. Needing a 4x4 or truck for the one's who don't. Buying one or even renting one for the weekend would help.
Arriving at the AO - 1100hrs. Fri. 26, 04
"Camp Rifle rack"

"Entry way concealed"
The members pulled together cleaning the AO and gathering fire wood for the weekend.
Placing vehicles in the proper place to provide room for the rest of the members.
Arranged the camp site for enough tents for this outing. Placed tables, rifle racks for easy access. Placing camo tarps over the rifle racks and the tables, providing cover in case of rain or from direction sun light. Dug out the fire pit (3x3x3) for safety reasons.
Informed all members while in camp:
1. All rifles are to be unloaded at all time.
2. Pistols can be loaded, but in a holster.
3. Police your own area for bright colors ie; coolers, vehicles w/loud colors,
food bags, tents.
4. Concealing the entry way to our AO
Pro's -
1. Working together
2. Jobs done in a timely manner
3. Camp site concealed w/camouflage
4. AO appearance in order for easy access
Con's -
1. Entry way Concealed, but needs a better detailing job (Small things)
2. Some vehicles needed more concealment (My brother)
3. Moving to our AO Flag pond, we shouldn't be using our vehicle entry way as a foot path.

"Knowing where you are at"
"How to build an AR-15 semi-auto"
While in camp, classes were given... ie;
1. First aid -
a. blood type
b. any Rx's that you are taking
c. allergic to anything
d. full name
These items above (a. through d.) stayed with the person. All members having
their medical problems with them at all times. We would only need this
info if a person needed medical attention. We do respect people's privacy.
2. Map reading -
a. getting to know where you are at, from the main map
b. knowing where everything is at ie; AO flag pond, AO Site,
shallow-end-of-the-gene-pool(SEOTGP) area's, trails, etc.....
c. knowing the movements for the day and night patrols
d. places where not to cross into (Fish and Game area)
This was to prevent anyone from getting lost and preventing anyone from walking into the wrong areas.
3. Law of the Land Warfare -
a. do's
b. don'ts
To protect members from being involved with the one's who aim to brake the laws.
You never know who's who when you put on an event like this. ie; "Timothy McVay"
4. Weapon Classes -
a. how to build an AR-15 semi-auto from the ground up
b. safety class - everyone is a safety officers, if anyone sees an unsafe act,
anyone can yell "cease fire!".
c. how to clear/clean your weapon
d. how to store your weapon when not in uses
This was provided to make sure people are familiar with their weapons and for safety reason.
Pro's -
1. No body wondered into the NO-GO areas with a weapon ie; "Fish and game areas"
2. No one got lost throughout the event
3. Everyone practice safety with their weapons
4. No medical problems during the event
Cons' -
1. While builing an AR-15 semi-auto, make sure you have a cloth below you, to catch the parts that fly off, so that you don't lose them
2. After firing your weapon for that day, oil down the weapon. This will prevent surface rust appearing over night
